The sauce that came on the gyroscope was pure acid cream and it was baked. The lamb on the gyro was okay, but the sauce ruined it. My husband said his burger was edible, but cooking could be better. Definitely overpriced and not much effort in food. Even the pictures of eating on Google look terrible, but we decided to try anyway. The only reason this restaurant has good reviews is that people who are going 50 and above and I guess they have something that affects their taste. We're in our 30s and it wasn't good. If you are a senior, you will love this place, but please avoid it if you do not
You have absolutely terrible customer service over the phone and the counter. They need a great deal of work on their soft skills. I called to make an order, and the lady who answered the phone pretended she was ready to finish everything while I was talking to her. She was not friendly at all, showed no empathy, no excitement in her voice and was very short. After every sentence I completed, she always asked that everything? When I arrived, the lady behind the counter wasn't much better. She didn't smile, didn't ask me how I did it, or if I needed something else. The food was half decent, but the customer experience was very lacking. You should really rent an external consultant to teach them some customer service / soft skills.
Great food, and reasonably expensive. You cannot go wrong with this Hometown favorite
Good luck! Now I have the meaning of the family restaurant? after the visit here family friendly place and family like atmosphere. Eating was good and servers were so friendly.
This was the worst experience I?ve ever had. My fiancé and I ordered food to go. He has a shellfish allergy, but can eat fish (I.e catfish, whiting, etc). He specifically told them that he has a shellfish allergy so that the proper measures could be taken when preparing the catfish he ordered. We do this at every restaurant where seafood is a main part of their menu. After getting home, we settled in and he began eating his catfish. After the first bite he mentioned that it didn?t taste right. Then he began complaining of an itchy throat and his throat began to close. We are now sitting at the emergency room. If they cannot or will not take shellfish allergies serious and prepare the fish separately from the shellfish then they need to forewarn people. I watched my fiancé lose his breathing and almost DIE because of this. We will NEVER eat here again.
