Drive thru computer is doesn't work so they cant take my order. ? the service inside will be just as bad as it is outside.
Food was horrible I ordered a full soft toco with meat and all I got was a veggie toco .not pleased. Toco bell is shiesty on there meat. This happened to me the last time. Not happy.
Want to know how you can tell when a business does not deserve your money or time? Just visit this Taco Bell, and you will see just how little they care about anything. I know, it’s Taco Bell, you get what you pay for, and that is exactly what I got, a bag of food that looked like it was packed by a wild animal in a fit of anger, why in the world am I surprised that they packed two pounds of food on top of a Mexican Pizza??
Not only did the workers and shift manager miss treat an elderly man that could not use the kiosk but they were so rude to me! They not only told me I could not order at the register because they just don’t take orders) but the kiosk they had me start on did not work and after 15 minutes of asking for help with it , another employee came out from the back and said “oh that one does not work only the other one”. The girl with a braid I assume was the shift lead or mgr. rudely told me how to make substitutions and then I said thank you and I would finish on my own because she looked so upset I even asked for help. She then proceeded to mock me and say “ are you sure you can handle it”. With a big ugly expression on her face. I’m very disappointed in the customer service at this establishment and I look forward to submitting the photos taken that will definitely show just how sanitary it was in there to the health department. Some of these kids have never been disciplined in their lives and it shows shame on their parents! I know nothing will be done but at least people can be prepared before going there.
