Mary Brown's Chicken - Keswick

Ordered last night (a Saturday on skip with a friend. Ordered 9piece combo. Order was placed slightly after 9. They wait until 9:30 to cancel, so I call to ask why. (Manager speaking tells me that they cannot complete order because they were slow that night and thus turned off their equipment an hour early. She then says she can’t turn it back on because it will take 15 minutes to heat up (which would still be 15 minutes before close. False advertisement and awful customer service, and since most places close at 10, made it very hard to order somewhere else since they waited 20 mins to cancel.

On occasion we all treat ourselves to takeout, we are satisfied less and less each time with local fast food restaurants here in Keswick. but if you want a good fast food chicken meal i recomend The Keswick Marry Browns. we can always depend on our satisfaction of the friendly polite service the staff provides , quality of the food of our Keswick MARRY BROWNS.Thanks to the staff and owners.Keep up the good serviceSee you again soonFred

Very slow customer service and wait time is more than enough. Food quality was even below average fries were not hot enough looks like they made it way long before my order for ketchup n hot sauce you have to ask for staff don’t put in your order which is strange. Especially the chicken pieces which they put in the burger looks like half cooked chicken. This location needs to improve more on things if they want good business.

I was excited to try Mary browns for the first time. I walked in and I didn 't feel welcome. I asked if there was any specials for the day, the cashier grabbed a display and said i guess this with a very unwelcoming tone and feeling.Sadly i didn 't end up buying any food. The atmosphere was just not very welcoming and i already didn 't feel at ease. So we left.

Chicken tastes amazing but extremely oily and greasy I only took a couple of bites out of it and immediately my stomach started hurting I hated that feeling in my stomach after never coming back oh so everything is very way
