Went for a birthday dinner, food was pretty good, service fast I would have given four stars except when my husband went to pay the service thou fast was not very friendly and she wasn't very knowledgeable about what was in the dishes, and as we had left a good tip on the table she said to my husband "no tip"? He told her it was on the table all she said was OK, maybe a thanks would have been better.

If you are craving for all you can Japanese food in Keswick. This place is not bad. Service is a little slow and the servers are not very attentive, but the selection of food is not bad because it has quite a variety. Definitely do not try the deep fried California roll.... it is basically California roll with a thick batter of grease... I went during dinner time on Friday, price was $19.99+ $2 (weekend) and extra money for tea, but I forgot the price. I didn't know tea was extra....and it took them a while to refill the tea. The tea only got refilled once and is only half full. Anyways, I was able to order enough food until I am full :)

I usually come here for all you can eat lunch. I love sushi, and this is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. The service is always good, sometimes a little slow but that's because it gets busy at lunch. They used to have only 1 or 2 servers for lunch, and one of them was really blah. She was just always miserable looking and never smiled. However, they have recently got 2 new servers for lunch, and they are both fabulous. There is also another server there who is very nice...she is there every time I come and is always smiling and polite! I have a short lunch break, and Wind Sushi always gets the food out in time for me. There was only one time when it was slow due to a busy time. I've only had one negative experience there, and that's when the miserable server came and told my friend that she would be charged extra for rice she didn't eat. When my friend tried to explain that she couldn't eat it due to a health issue, the server wouldn't compromise and was quite rude about it. As for the food, it's always delicious! I have heard they freeze their crab, but I do not eat crab anyway, so for me it's a non issue. I would say that the food doesn't look as appetizing/well presented as in some other places, but the taste is definitely there! I especially love the spicy hand rolls wrapped in crispy nori! I do wish they had some other items on the all you can eat menu (i.e. tuna), but there is a lot of assortment already. I have noticed that lately it seems they are using more rice in their rolls...still delicious food though!!

Very authentic sushi and clean - fairly quick service - waitresses could be a little more friendly or at least seem like they enjoy their job.
