Hot Head Burritos - Kettering

Being told a total at the speaker and then suddenly being told a higher one at the window is a good way to run customers off.

It’s around 5:00pm and my husband and I have our baby sleeping in the car. We were told to hold on at the drive thru . They were ignoring the drive thru completely . We sat there for 15-20 min and got no response at all . And this is a cooperate store ? Interesting.

Great food and nice group of workers! Especially Dylan G! He makes the best burritos n the bowls are delicious too. Kettering location on stroop!

Food is great but this one is remarkably smaller with portions, compared to their other locations. frequent customer who loves HH, but i can’t go to this one

Ordered a burrito and a bowl online, went to pick up waited ten minutes at the speaker for NO ONE to respond to me, pulled to window rung bell, when got food it was nothing I ordered, $35. worth of trash.......never again!!!
