Mcdonald's - Kettering

Between 12:30 clock 2am at the weekend, the waiting time is 39 minutes on their drive thru. but overall the service was great!

This restaurant is absolute müll. had a preorder and could not bring it to me, so I went through the drive thru. They told me to move forward and wait. then they brought my food to another customer and let them go through and touch all my food. then they tried to give me that after other people had touched it. I went in and told them I wouldn't eat because they touch other people and said I wanted it to be restored. I then had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby and they brought out the same eating out of pastness, nothing returned and gave me my eating cold and stained. if they appreciate their health, then I strongly advise them to avoid this place at all costs. I also called on companies and filed a complaint, and the peculiarity refused to react to complaints and does not care how they treat their customers.

I came to doordash and had to wait 20 minutes because they claimed that the command didn't go through or anything, but I could confirm it. the person who works repeatedly told me that I should simply cancel the order; but I didn't do it because it's not good. If you paid an hour at mcdonald, do your job.

This is the worst managed McDonald's I have ever been in. Messed my order up twice, as usual, and then screamed at me because I refused to pull up and wait on my refund. One of their employees even threatened to come out and make me move. All this in front of the manager. I have never been treated so badly. It's bad enough that this McDonald's messes up 70% of the orders and are extremely slow, but to be that rude to customers because McDonald's messed up the order twice and wanted to hide it by making me move. I will never go there again and I would suggest everybody goes to one of the other many McDonald's in this neighborhood

Order was correct this time. There is normally a lady at the his window pick up who is miss sunshine . Always makE s one' sDay when she is there with her wonderful smile and friendliest .
