Hard Rock Cafe Key West

Beware... smoking is permitted on the outdoor dining deck. We had smoke from a nearby chimney the entire time we were eating. We couldn’t change tables, and when we asked the staff, they informed us that it was allowed. Our clothes ended up smelling like cigarettes for the rest of the evening! Management really needs to address this issue!

The location is great, conveniently situated on Duval Street, with both indoor and outdoor dining options available. There's even a gift shop outside. For a chain restaurant, this one stands out as one of the more unique locations. It maintains its brand identity while seamlessly blending in with its surroundings, capturing the iconic Key West vibe.

The food was excellent! However, the service was just okay. It seemed like the waiter was a bit frustrated with my gluten-free request, which required me to modify my order to ensure it was prepared correctly. He was noticeably aloof with us, yet very friendly with the women at the table next to ours. Since the restaurant wasn't busy, I feel he could have been more attentive to our needs while ordering. I had to ask for refills and order additional drinks on my own. I plan to return, but I hope to have a different waiter next time for a better experience.

Absolutely fantastic service! Our server was truly outstanding—fun, attentive, and really brought smiles to our faces. The food arrived quickly and looked incredible; the salad I had was one of the best I've ever tasted. My two nieces were thrilled with their burgers as well. We were able to walk in and get seated immediately, and the place was spotless. They do a great job of representing Hard Rock. There’s also outdoor seating and a bar if you want to enjoy the nice weather. I can't wait to come back for more root beers and good times!

Rock the house in service! first line was our server absolutely amazing. fun, promptly and above all have made us smile. the food delivery was fast, visually great, but seriously one of the best tasting salads I had. my two nies were very happy with their burgers. was able to walk and get a place. very clean. they represent hard rocks very well. also outside sitting and bar if you want to enjoy the weather. will be again for more beer (root beer) and fun!
