Contribuisci feedbackI ordered sushi here for the first time and was not very impressed. The fish didn’t seem fresh. The salad was quite unappetizing; the lettuce felt like I was chewing on coarse, shredded paper. The miso soup was passable, though. The service was hectic during my visit, with only one server working hard to take orders and clean tables. I hope they can improve.
I called to place an order and was informed it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the woman at the counter asked what I had ordered and then entered it into the system. She didn’t mention that my order hadn’t been placed when I called. I confronted her about it, and the chef—who I assume is the owner—apologized and offered me a beer, which I declined since I don’t drink. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I waited for my food, paid, and I won't be returning.
The food was quite good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff could benefit from additional training in customer service. We had to wait until we finished our meal to be served water, despite asking for it earlier. It felt more like a self-serve restaurant, as we had to get our own utensils and napkins. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
Thought I’d try this place for some sushi. Never again. Server forgot my order and asked me for it again after quite a long time, after I watched people who came in after me be served. Tried to get his attention. They lost a good local!Service: 1/5
Absolutely outstanding! Food was amazing as well as the atmosphere and customer service! The food came out in a timely manner and our server checked on us as needed and the experience was perfect!
