Long Spring - Keyser

I recently purchased a lunch special, ordered to go. The price was higher than advertised, but I did not mind until they brought my order out. It was in a small container, about the size for an appetizer. I order lunch from various Chinese restaurants in the area and their portions are twice the size of what I received. I left already dissatisfied. I then found 2 hairs in my food, one was tightly wound around a piece of broccoli. I called the restaurant and asked for a manager, I was told there was not one available. I then told the female about my experience. She told me to bring the hairs in, so that they could decide if they thought the hairs had come from their restaurant. I had already thrown the hairs out, who pulls hair out of their food and puts it back in? The container of uneaten food should tell you that there is a problem. This was my first visit, and last. Never again.

Original owners are back and hopefully to stay. Food is hot and fresh as always again. And buffets service is great as it use to be!

!!RIDICULOUS!! Ever since the last lady stopped working there I will no longer be eating at this place! I cannot believe the new lady actually tried making me pay for the food I couldn't finish off my one and only plate. And was charged 30 for me and my daughter's meal. !!NEVER AGAIN!! It should be against the law to charge me for the food I have left on my single plate of food. I could understand if I had multiple plates and wanted to take that. I'm livid about the situation and will be letting everyone know.

Came in with my sibling for their birthday. it was a while before closing time but they seemed to be wrapping up the buffet for the day, which is understandable as it wouldnt be long before closing time was approaching and there wasnt anyone else there. saw that we wanted to use the buffet and totally left it open for us and even asked if there was anything specific we wanted refilled or made, proceeding to make fresh batches of what we requested. excellent service, very kind people

We love Long Spring. We drive from Swanton MD to Long Spring just to get take out. I've never had their buffet but their take out is excellent. Super fresh, hot and stays hot all the way back home. Love their hot and sour soup, egg rolls and pot stickers.
