On several occasions, I have experienced discomfort due to their insistence on receiving tips, often demanding a specific amount. In some instances, when customers decline, they resort to using offensive language, which I find insulting. I believe it's essential to address this issue promptly to maintain the reputation and quality of service at Little Sister.
