Fortyeight Wine Kitchen - Kiawah Island

Our server, Dara, was wonderful professional, friendly, and efficient. The entrees were very good, though spicy cauliflower was not actually spicy. One complaint though.... $18 for two scallops? You should be embarrassed by that.

We had a great dinner tonight at the restaurant. Even though we didn't have reservations, we were able to get a table on the patio. The staff was attentive and friendly. We tried some of their white wines and were impressed. The hot crab appetizer was delicious, and I enjoyed the pan-seared salmon while my husband had the crab cakes, both of which were excellent. We will definitely be dining here again on our next trip back.

The restaurant offers an incredible variety of wine with 48 options. The staff is very attentive and I highly recommend trying the salads and crab cakes - they are some of the best I've ever had, with generous portions.

Spent a night out with my wife and this was one of the places we stopped at. Very nice experience between staff and wine! Staff was very helpful and the wine tasting idea they have is absolutely great!!! Definitely a fun interactive thing to do with your spouse or group of friends! Food was pretty good also! Definitely a good place to stop at if your out of town!!!!

This restaurant and wine bar is amazing! The food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly.
