I went in on a whim as I was passing. I was in the mood for coffee and a sandwich. I 'm so glad I did. The staff that I met were all smiles and welcoming, the food fresh and tasty and the coffee hit the right note too. I then happily browsed the whole shop and garden without being approached by anyone enquiring if I 'needed any help? '. That is a sure fire way of making me leave empty handed. Yet I felt that I could ask if required. I bought myself a little treat and even met another visitor (see pic) I 'm definitely going back.
What a lovely place! Had the most delicious Wednesday roast dinner apple crumble to follow in the cafe. The staff were lovely, so helpful friendly. Loads of choice very good value. Garden centre is great, loads to look at. Shame we don’t live near or would definitely come again. Can highly recommend.
Venturing out post Covid for a coffee and a slice of cake is still so new and a little strange, so it was lovely to go back to De Beers and see the plants and indoor assortment of mini shops, all staff so friendly and best of all wheelchair friendly. Of course the coffee shop was my last port of call and we sat on the veranda enjoying some social time not solitary time
A mixed selection, of clothing, jewellery, hairdressers, toy shop, cafe, nice local food, lights, flowers and the list goes on. I did manage to get the plant I required and I bought new lights for the garden. It's not to badly priced. Large car park, but a bit bummpy
