Pizza Hut - Kidderminster

All the staff were welcoming and very friendly during our visit. The manager even stopped by to say hello and ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a really nice touch. We left feeling very satisfied, with plenty of leftover pizza to take home! I'm giving a full five-star rating for our visit, as the experience truly deserves it. Many thanks to the team for making our time with them enjoyable and stress-free!

We went to this restaurant for a quick family dinner and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding, thanks to the helpful and attentive staff. Leonie H. assisted us because I preferred not to order through the app (which I find a bit impersonal), and she provided exceptional service. The restaurant itself was clean, tidy, and well-organized. Overall, we had a lovely time with our daughter, who particularly enjoyed the ice! The food was of great quality, as always, and cooked to perfection—kudos to the chef! We will definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

Jake and natalie at the hamster pizza hat was so beautiful and the service was very fast and they made us feel very comfortable. we were on table 27. the fact that they both remembered the accusations, although they use a new online system, was fantastic. it shows that they take care of each individual table and it shows what each culinary experience should be.
