Contribuisci feedbackDidn't have sweet onion sauce. And didn't tell you until they were done making the sub. Didn't look like the chicken had any sauce on either . So I left without purchasing the sub. .they should of said something before she made the sandwich. Not the first time I got bad service there will stop going there.
I have tried calling multiple times the past several months to preorder food for pick up, multiple occasions... no answer each time. I go to the store to place an order since phone didn't work, and the workers are sitting in a booth, talking or on their phones. Poor customer service. Food was fine.
They give you what you paid for. Beware paying ahead on the app. 15 min after my order was placed and they hadn't even started on it. It wasn't busy. There was no one else there
It was discussing food was not fresh meatballs old and dried out .told employee and all she said was sorry
Ordered double ham and she just threw it on the bun, asked for toasted maybe 4 seconds in the toaster oven,who ever is owner or manager should rethink who they have working for them. Very disappointed in the Kiel Subway
