Amata N'ubuki Boutique - Kigali

Fantastic restaurant located in absolutely stunning house! Great food and the most attentive and nicest service thinkable. Also houses a boutique with art. A must for anyone visiting or staying in Kigali!

When I got a recommendation to stay here, I was skeptical but my experience was phenomenal.

Very homely with very nice, polite and lovely staff. Very clean.

Beautiful pool/breakfast area, as well as Good breakfast selection. Front patio also nice view of the garden. Flight delayed and although guide company shared 2am arrival with hotel, no one was there to meet us and a lot of waiting around calling people, beeping at the gate and sitting in the lobby wondering what to do. We ended up just taking an open room on the main floor, which had very low water pressure for a morning shower. Everyone was apologetic about their poor service meeting us and we were transferred to a nicer room upstairs with a great shower, but no water, learned as hands were full of soap. Everything was fixed and water flowed freely, so we appreciate issues were addressed. Room was nice, very clean, and towels very white. Bed was a bit hard and heavy wood doors make it loud when you are asleep, thus you hear other people coming in and out of rooms. My partner never was bothered because he’s a heavy sleeper, but it woke me a few times.

Very helpful and lovely staff and very tasty food.. (tip: pool needs cleaning).
