Fantastic vegan options! We sampled two dishes, and both were outstanding. The vegan risotto was incredible—packed with a variety of vegetables, it had a wonderful taste and the rice texture was perfect. The vegan pizza was just as impressive. While the menu features a gluten-free cauliflower crust, we opted for the regular crust, which was excellent. It had the perfect amount of char (not something you often find outside of New York), and the walnut and mushroom base sauce was delicious. We even had the server confirm that it was vegan, and it was! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best pizzas we've ever tasted! We enjoy trying pizzerias wherever we go, and we absolutely love Neapolitan thin crust! The pizzas here were thin, light, wonderfully crispy, and packed with flavor! The Happy Hour prices are unbeatable. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. We definitely recommend Fabiani's!
