Today, I had my first experience with the Quebec specialty known as Poutine, and it was incredibly delicious! Mathilde Jean-Francois also offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. They have a shaded seating area where you can enjoy your meal on-site while the poutine is served hot from the fryer. It was the best—or, as they say in French, "Le Meilleur!"

Fries topped with cheese and delicious gravy—can it get any better? Yes, it can! They also offer the option to add bacon, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and even an egg for an extra touch. All of this is paired with friendly staff who engage with every new customer, making you feel like part of the family. I can't wait to return for more!

How can you go wrong with Fresh homemade french fries, Cheese curds from secret place, and beef gravy...... well, you can’t!!! Its so addictive!!!!
