Maui Thai Bistro - Kīhei

I had their Tom Ka Soup here two years ago, it was so mind blowing we came a second time in two days. Now two years later we return with much anticipation only to be served a bland, watery and spiceless version. I'm very familiar with this recipe, very disappointing.

Delicious! this was our 2nd time in maui thai bistro this trip. fresh, plentiful and tasty eating! service was good. the owner came by to see how we did. very nice man. will go again and recommend others.

Not sure if cooking staff could keep up with demand while we were there. Long wait for food.

Our go to place in Kihei. Drunken fried rice and mac nut panang curry are worth the visit. I also love their lychee lemonade and thai iced tea.

Really great Thai food choose your own heat level! Very friendly staff and comfortable large tables. Our dishes were amazing the Macadamia Nut Panang Curry with short rib was truly delicious, as was the Tom Kai soup the best I’ve had. We will be back!
