Pizza Hut - Kīhei

It's been an hour and a half. I still don't have my order. I called them to see if there was something they could do if I ordered again... Like a discount or something. She just made excuses and said no. Done with pizzahut. I get you might be shorthanded but at least fix your website so that it doesn't promise delivery an hour before it actually is.

Taste like frozen pizza.Go some place else.It's cheap but you get what you pay for.Definitely will not go back

I rarely write reviews but this one deserves it as it was one of the best interactions we’ve had during our stay in Maui! Super chill workers that were so welcoming even though it was 30min before closing. We got our order 10min before the estimated time, which was awesome considering they are a very busy location! Def would come here again as we ended our vacation/ birthday on a great note, with amazing pizza and brownies as a bonus :

Good pizza, good service and done on time. (Within 30 minutes) called our order in.

They actually do a great job with food for Pizza Hut and the store manager is great... but upper management can't seem to comprehend what it takes to operate a business on Maui. No care for employees wage and can't staff the store to keep it open on its listed business hours.
