Otherwise, it is simply pointless to give a time! . it turned out that there are 35 min they prepared mine after I arrived in the load. very friendly staff, hands down. but still, not a good impression of punctuality. also one of my burgers came missing. I decided not to call it or go there because I was really tired. let it happen. today I have ordered and decided to test the delivery service. I was given an incredible 60min for delivery. decided to ring the load immediately and say I would collect. it is simply impossible to talk to the load. No one is ever available to call. it is now 1 hour and 15 minutes and I have not yet my food. eating again is amazing, but I think people only tolerate this level of service due to lack of options in kilcock. I really hope the best for them and wish that the service improve a lot! update: they finally talked with the load and again staff very kindly explained, they were unexpected?! today, busy and apologise. my order should be with me in 5 minutes. I will update the review later again. update 2: eating came up on time based on the following call and it was again very good! Now I will update this, I noticed that they have already answered my review. their responses are always a bit “please and blow” unless they have only compliments. they do not take critics very well. always try them back to them. Since I have never had the first experience I ordered to check some paints. to get delivery. consistency and quality remains the same. I only see hard workers behind the counter. the personal smiles and always greets. I've been best taken in the last few years. I own a food service business in the opposite and know how hard was for everyone. so appreciate the consistency, quality and service. prost that you all see again.
