I just had to give a shout-out to the lovely girl at the register when I went to pay for my sandwich about half an hour ago. She told me I was really pretty, which completely caught me off guard and genuinely made my day! It's amazing how something so simple can have such a profound impact. Potbelly is fortunate to have such kind employees. While she complimented me, I want to make sure she knows that she is beautiful inside and out as well. Thank you again to her for those kind words!

First of all, the place is very neat, uniquely designed, clean, well-organized, tidy, and bright. The staff greeted us warmly as we entered, and I really appreciated the excellent service. It was phenomenal! The staff members were friendly, cooperative, well-trained, professional, kind, and patient. They engaged with us properly and assisted us with the menu. In addition to the superb service and pleasant atmosphere, the food was outstanding and well-seasoned. We ordered pancakes, which the kids absolutely loved. We also tried the corned beef hash, Louisiana skillet, sliders, eggs and bacon, along with their potatoes and meat. I highly recommend those dishes! The skillet and meat were especially delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were just right. It was definitely worth our visit, and I would love to have another family gathering here in the future! The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, excellent sandwiches, and swift service. It’s situated in a complex with plenty of dining options. The venue is well-kept.

Potbelly makes the best sandwiches, period. This restaurant is my favorite of all potbelly's. I remember years ago, live music in the evenings here. Their online ordering is quick and easy.

Not only was the food delicious but the staff was incredibly gracious. My debit card declined because my direct deposit didn't post to my account. I had to leave, call my bank, get my paper check from work, deposit it, then come back later for food at dinnertime. The manager remembered me and gave me the meal on the house and actually apologized for not doing so earlier. How awesome is that?!
