The hamburger was not hot, and the fries were soggy and Luke warm. Terrible Dq experience. Won't be back!

I didn't have a chance to evaluate the atmosphere since I only went through the drive-thru, but everything else was great.

Are the posted open hours just an estimate, and can they close whenever they want? I have to stay at work until my scheduled shift is over. I saw multiple cars drive up, so I'm sure the amount of revenue lost here is significant over the course of a year. I will not return until the owner/operator can guarantee that the posted hours are actually being followed for business operations.
