Contribuisci feedbackI feel like Covid has a great effect on restaurant chains. Quality is no longer there. We waited about 5-10 minutes to ask a waiter, did anyone help you? I'm pretty sure it was your section, but I could be wrong. The time to get my food was so bad. It wasn't even busy. I could understand if it was busy, but there were so many empty tables. The manager went around to play damage control because everyone had waited so long to get food. My chicken was dry, and the shrimps were rubbery. It sat too long and continued to cook on this hot plate before it was given to me. Only the overall quality is downhill, along with other restaurants in this area.
Waited 20 minutes after the expected pick-up time (that was no problem), because the food was not ready. My wife's order came well, but my steak came well cooked (ordered medium) as well as the steak, potatoes and broccoli cold. I had great experiences with eating, these were the first problems I had so far.
We came here to celebrate our birthdays. The food was delicious. We had the 2 for $30, shared an appetizer and bought the molten cake for our birthday cake.
NO A/C How can this issue go on month after month in CENTRAL TEXAS!! This used to be one of our favorite family places to eat. But it's too hot to now. It's been all summer long! Don't know how the wait/kitchen staff can do it! Unreasonable work conditions!! Waiters sweating in our food and I can only imagine in the kitchen!! Real shame on so many levels!
I loved it, I went with my wife got the 2 for $25 deal with a few drinks definitely worth going back thanks to the waitress Doris, who was her second day, she was very attentively friendly even if the other customers were in line at the bar. Food: 4/5
