Arby's - Killeen

My order wasn’t right at all and it took forever for someone to even take the order. Also, I tried to call multiple times to let them know about my order and the phone was busy until they closed.

I had a chicken burger well you can say I had a bread sandwich the chicken was so small and dry not worth going again just sorry the fries the fries restaurant called old and hard ?

This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I've tried this one multiple times and each time has been a disaster. I ordered food on the app and when I got there they didn't have what I ordered and wouldn't give me a refund. The 2 employees that were just looked at me like I was wasting their time and were extremely rude. Maybe hiring meth heads to run a restaurant isn't the best idea.

This place sucks !!!.The new burger came out looking like a hockey puck, dried out and like yesterday's leftovers !Probably the worst Arby's we have ever visited ??

Would rate zero if i could! absolutely unprofessional staff! picked up for uber, u have to use the drive thru but they dont even take ur order and just let u sit at the order here sign for 15min without talking to u. then u finally make it to the window after 30min for them to tell u tough luck we didnt get no order in, nothing we can do, with an attitude on them that just reaks of i dont care bout my job. i get online delivery orders get lost but the time it took and the attitude was just ridiculous.
