Contribuisci feedbackThe woman who answered the phone informed me that the restaurant was located on Post Street, but it turned out not to be there. She also told me that I couldn't place an order over the phone, even though the website indicated otherwise. She could have at least taken my order.
Crazy I called to talk to the manager and the supervisor hung up on me when I expressed that they wasted my money on door dash because they didn’t take my order 2 days in a row.
Pulled into drive thru that was as empty as the parking lot, took 10 min to order but while I was waiting to order another car pulled into the other drive-thru lane an ordered right away and pulled ahead of me. This place has been going down hill quickly an should have better management. I know staffing these days is challenging but come on! 35 min from start to finish, that's not fast food.
I ordered 2 meals one w/medium fry the other w/large fry. They charged me for the large fry but gave me a medium. I ordered a chicken sandwich, just plain dry w/no sauce or toppings received a chicken sandwich w/sauce, lettuce tomatoes. Ordered during my 30min lunchbreak didn't get to check until I got back to work by then it was too late, i couldn't leave work to go back to Burger King. And the order was probably wrong because the person working drive through kept talking over me. Not sure if there was a mic delay or what but it was frustrating because it's like they didn't even try to listen. And it wasn't a difficult order.
Cold burgers and fries from drive through many occasions. Best time to go is rush hour so burgers and fries are at right temp.
