Contribuisci feedbackSpent almost 20 minutes waiting on rolls. The server told me a couple of minutes. When I finally got tired of waiting I got down to check on my food. The mgr was very rude and basically told me to wait. When I finally got my food the rolls were not cooked all the way(they were white), the tenders looked like small pieces of cold chicken, the rolls that were ready were burnt and the fries were half full. When I spoke with the server he talked over me so he wasn't listening to anything I was asking. I spent $48 plus tip for the horrible service and food I received. I will definitely be going higher. I have never experienced such disappointment. Waste of time and money.
Ive been here several times and the staff is all very friendly and professional except for the manager who is slow, forgets your order, or just straight up messes it up. They also say that its happy hour all day all summer but ive been overcharged more than once.
Yummy food. This location shines. Fresh food. Ultra thoughtful and kind customer service. The only thing I don't like is that they leave the credit card receipts in a basket on the counter and any one could come take them.
Savon and Tenell need a lesson on how to behave in a professional setting. I was told to fish a meal out of the trash to get a refund. I was so taken aback by the rude response I hung up. I then called back because I would not be disrespected and not refunded. The offer was then changed and their excuse was because the call came in too late. Yet that wasn’t a problem just minutes ago when the refund was offered… they then said all they could do was give me another order. Why on earth would I want to order from you after being treated so rudely? So you can spit on the food and fry it up? Make it make sense. Now I have to have a heated argument about them being upset after they ruined my experience and have that I paid for. They need to grow up and act like they have the sense god gave them. If you see them, don’t tip.
I guess this location forgets the customers that come inside need to be serviced as well.. standing around 15+ minutes before an order is taken. This is a frequent occurrence I’ve had at this Bush’s!
