Jack In The Box - Killeen

During a visit to another Jack in the Box location, I witnessed workers handling food directly with their hands after microwaving it, then transferring it to containers for customers. This is an alarming level of poor service. If employees are required to wear gloves for hygiene, it makes no sense for them to use the same gloves when dealing with customer food. I even reached out to Ms. Jane Devore regarding these issues, as noted on the complaint notification posted in the restaurant. I explained that I had to throw away food just to grab a hot dog from a gas station due to my experience here. Unfortunately, her response felt dismissive; she merely expressed that she would address the issue, but no further action was taken. Typically, I would expect a District Manager to offer some form of compensation, especially after spending over twenty dollars, but I received nothing. Overall, I believe these establishments need a thorough overhaul to ensure proper cleanliness and safe food handling for the health and satisfaction of their customers.

Can't go wrong with Jack. Tacos, Ultimately cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich. You name it, it's good... amd always get the curly fires, cause regular fries are; Boring ? ? ?.Food: 5/5

The managers here Stephanie, Nicole and Dontrell are always professional and kind, DESPITE being swamped or dealing with rude and entitled customers. They pass this positivity and work ethic on to other employees so even when they’re not there I know the food will be good. I would recommend this place!! I eat there all the time!!

The lady at the morning drive through during the week is the main reason my wife and I live this location. Even with a mask on I can always see her smile. She’s as uplifting as the coffee, and just as sweet with her Price is right “come on down!” drive through response. We will keep coming back as long as she is here.

They were out of salads...again. I was at the drive thru and had to wait to go all the way thru because there was a car behind me. Had to wait for 2 cars.
