Jokers Icehouse Grill - Killeen

My cousin took me to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday on Friday night, and the food was amazing! I ordered wings to go and a personal Margherita pizza, both of which were delicious. The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and friendly. I wish I had caught the names of the two bartenders who assisted me because they were both very patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. The karaoke was a fun addition as well. I definitely plan to come back!

The DJs have adjusted the sound system to suit their needs, which has made the jukebox difficult to hear. Just wanted to mention that, but overall it's a fantastic venue. Vegetarian options: the menu is a bar style, so you'll be able to find something that works for you.

We visited the restaurant for dinner and arrived before 8 PM, which is when they begin charging a cover fee, as stated on their website. However, the staff approached our table and insisted that we pay the cover charge. This pressure led us to leave, and we have decided not to return.

My food was ok, but my date ordered a pizza that never came out until we complained. When it finally did, it was burnt around the edges and raw everywhere else. Their excuse? He’s a new cook that doesn’t know how to make pizza. Stay away.

I love the atmosphere and set up. I believe the bartender's name was Amber, she was very attentive. So disappointed in the food and the cost of it. The guacamole was very pasty and very salty but the queso was good I was just confused about the amount of dip given with barely any chips via cost. So we tried the street tacos and the corn tortillas were not pan fried and meat again very salty again for cost. We left after that because about an hour and a half with two shots and two beers and with the food our ticket was already 65$ and then the door entrance $15/each for the boxing/ufc fight. Nope! Disappointed. I think if you have specials on drinks or the kitchen gets on point with the food and perhaps a better entrance fee. We'll come back.
