Pizza Hut - Killeen

I ordered a chocolate chip cake today, and unfortunately, it was the only time I didn't check my order before leaving. When we got home, we discovered that the cake was as hard as a rock—so hard it could have shattered glass. I called the store, and Tyrek was very helpful, offering to remake the cake or provide store credit. Even though I had to drive back, the issue was resolved, and we ended up enjoying a perfectly baked dessert. Thank you!

The pizza was made exactly as I requested and was ready on time. I didn't have to wait at all. The staff was professional and polite.

I was a bit hesitant because it's located next to a gas station, but the restaurant is completely separate from the store. The service was excellent, the pizza was fantastic, and I will definitely return!

I went yesterday and it was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that the employees were smoking outside and I had to wait until one of them came to talk to me at the window. But other than that pizza was very good.

I ordered the dinner box. My husband and I had only 2 pieces each and started to feel really sick. We have pepperoni and pepperoni were only at the corners. So it didn't just make us sick, the blows weren't set right. Really disappointing.
