Rudy 's Country Store And -b-q

I ordered half a pound of brisket and half a pound of ribs, and I must say, it's hands down the best brisket and ribs I've had in a long time. The banana pudding was decent. The customer service was excellent. Rudy’s is definitely a fantastic spot to eat in the city. Five stars!

This is the best Texas grill restaurant in the country! The location is excellent and the place is very clean. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The food is amazing. I can't wait to come to Texas just to dine here!

Always a fantastic spot to grab a delicious meal at any time of day. The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. During this particular visit, the manager personally checked in on us and took our order to expedite the lunch rush. Kudos to them for enhancing an already wonderful dining experience!

I have seen many rudy’s barbecue locations along the autobahn and never stopped until recently. I ordered the most brisket, pulled pork, sausage, potato salad and bud. the sides were delicious, but of course the flesh was the star. my moist brisket was surprisingly good and had exactly the right amount of fat to meat and was cooked for delicate perfection. brisket can be really good, or it can be like shoeskin, to the luck that was very good. all staff were also very friendly. I'm sure I'm back in the future.

Can't complain. Sure, there is better bbq in the area but it's great to have Rudy's so close to home. It's always consistent and does the job when we want BBQ. It does better than a lot of these fly by night food/truck and trailer operations that are super questionable. The price is reasonable in my opinion. It's a solid bet for what it is. It's hard to really say anything bad! My family who visits from out of time always asks to come here. Sure, there is better bbq around but this is nice and close to home and never has left us down. Love the curbside, pickup and even delivery options.
