Shipley Do-nuts - Killeen

I typically order through the drive-thru, but this time I decided to go inside and interact with the staff, and I'm so glad I did! The employee I interacted with was polite and welcoming. Instead of the usual, "Is that everything?" she asked, "And what else would you like, hun?" I really appreciated her friendly approach and how she treated me as a valued customer. It made for a fantastic experience!

The experience is fine overall. There aren't any elaborate coffee options, but I believe their prices are reasonable and the donuts are tasty.

The staff is very friendly, and the space is consistently clean! The woman working there is always tidying up. The products are always fresh whenever I order. The cappuccino is consistently good and served hot!

I’ve always loved shipleys and most likely always will. I went in this morning and asked for 3 country kolaches and 3 sausage cheese. I was then asked if i said jalapeño kolaches to which i corrected them and i figured they got my order right. I came back home and didn’t check my food (stupid of me) because i figured they got it right. Instead they gave me my 3 country and gave me 3 jalapeño which i didn’t ask for. Also they were out of donut holes. I’ll still be back just listening better would be great.

Great donuts! Great customer service with a wide variety of donuts. You will not be disappointed.
