Subway - Killeen

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and received my items through the app. However, the delivery driver didn’t ring the doorbell, which was frustrating since I was relying on the app. I was disappointed with my order. I had requested a salad with tomatoes and bell peppers, but when it arrived, it looked poorly wrapped and seemed to have no fillings. There was hardly anything in my sandwich. It was such a letdown—the flattest meal I've ever purchased.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The two employees provided an unacceptable experience. The light-skinned young man at the register overcooked my sub, even after I specifically requested it not to be. Additionally, the dark-skinned guy with long dreadlocks was rude and confrontational. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant. On top of that, the woman in front of me paid for a $20 order with a $50 bill and didn’t receive her change until she had to ask for it.

This might be the best hidden gem in Killeen. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff is consistently friendly. The sandwiches are not only visually appealing but also delicious—definitely a far cry from the messy offerings you find elsewhere. I would highly recommend it—10,000 out of 10!
