Contribuisci feedbackToday, we visited TGI Friday's and I have to say, it was the best experience ever! It was our first time at this location and our server, Curtis, truly made our visit special.
It has been a while since I last dined at TGI Fridays. I have to admit, I was not as impressed this time compared to my previous visits years ago. The meal was decent, but nothing extraordinary that would make me want to come back for more. I tried the Big Ribs Applebutter BBQ plate with Cheddar Mac and Cheese, Lemon Butter Broccoli, and Fried Shrimp. The ribs were good, but the sauce lacked the wow factor. The fried shrimp were average and lacked flavor. The Cheddar cheese on the mac and cheese was good, but it tasted similar to microwave macaroni from the frozen food aisle at the grocery store. The lemon butter broccoli was forgettable and I would not order it again. I may recommend trying other items on the menu as my experience may not be indicative of the entire menu. I would give them 3 stars based solely on the food, as I cannot comment on the service which was decent. Perhaps the dining experience overall would be better.
I am giving this restaurant two stars because the food was just okay. There were only 4 other parties in the restaurant when we arrived at 4:30, but we didn't have a waiter until 4:50 and didn't receive our food until 5:45. Despite the restaurant being empty, we found fries undercooked. The whiskey tenders were overcooked and not enjoyable. The mac and cheese had pink spots inside, making it an unpleasant experience. My mom ordered cole slaw but was given double fries because they were out of cole slaw. When she asked about the cole slaw, the waitress just brushed it off. Overall, it was a weird and disappointing experience. I will not be returning and will take my chances at Chili's instead.
Fridays have dropped. my waiter wasn't on the way. I'm sorry if he had a bad day. my naps were cold and pretty pink. my wings were dry. there was something black that could float in my water. I had a deal about my drink that I put on the waiter. Although it cannot be his fault, he has not apologized to apologise for the behaviour of the restaurant as a whole. we are in the inflation nobody wants to be demolished. my glass was. only half full, and they gave me two griefs, why they apply, kneel it and deliver it another. it's a big thing when I spend my money. the drink was good, but I was short! I'm not one of them back. where I have to ask for serviettes, I'm insane. I ordered wings come in man who is automatically here wipes n paper towels. I gave him $5 and I anit wana gave him that.
Arrived and there was no one at the door to check In with to be seated. Once we were seated it took 15-20 minutes before the waitress even addressed us, once our food and drinks were ordered the waitress entered my drink order incorrectly and they attempted to get me to just accept a drink I didn’t order. Then a portion of the food order came out and as I’m typing this review the other portion of the order has not been delivered and it’s been about 15 minutes. The waitress comes over and says the other portion of our order still has not even been prepped yet. I called the manager over to discuss this and she was very nice and understanding and offered to comp items on our ticket which is the only reason I am giving them a 2 as a review
