The service here is relaxed and friendly, with a great selection of sheesha. The lounge area is quite comfortable, and there is convenient parking available right on site.

As always, the customer service is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the venue itself is top-notch. This is my go-to spot for relaxation when I need a break from everything. When I come here, I immediately feel at home and at ease. Ann, who is fantastic, always brings great energy and is incredibly helpful when it comes to explaining the different flavors. She is quick to change out the coals and ensures that everything is to your liking, including the flavor and your overall comfort. I’ve been to another hookah lounge, but The Shisha Lounge is by far the best I’ve experienced. I'm here so often that my friends and family joke that I practically work there! I genuinely enjoy this place and highly recommend The Shisha Lounge if you’re looking for a laid-back hangout spot.

This hookah lounge had a relaxed atmosphere, and their prices for hookahs were quite affordable. On Veterans Day, they offered a military discount, which was a nice touch. They provided card games like Phase 10 and Uno for us to enjoy. The staff rotated the coals every 30 minutes to ensure a good experience. It was great that they allowed BYOB as well. The music started with R&B but shifted to hip hop when a large group entered. I wish they had some games playing on a few of the TVs. Even though we were told they would close at 11 PM, we noticed people still arriving at 10:57 PM. I think they should consider extending their hours on holidays. Overall, it was a decent experience for a weekday.

If your just trying to chill and enjoy music this is the place to go. Rarely do they have loud customers but when they do, they normally stay by their tables and won't bother you. If you ever have an issue with a group Honey (The worker) does great in helping the situation. Great Hookahs and everything . Free Song Requests as well. I've been to all the ones in the area and this one wins.

I love this place so much. The people yeah work here. The music. The vibe. It's perfect.
