Watch an event where a belly guest is harassing the waitress and pouring ketchup on the table. One of the servers asked the man to go, and he didn't pay his bill. The management wanted the waitress to pay for the food, at full retail costs, including all extra drinks that the managers wanted the waiters to sell it after they mentioned that he was out of control. Can you imagine working and losing money? How about leadership that doesn't matter to you? I know such things happen; but it's wrong. The restaurant doesn't even pay her, and then tries to treat her like an employee? Goodbye. Epic fail. These girls are your only resource (we know that it is not the amazing food) and they treat them terrible. If it wasn't for a friend to work there, I would literally never go there again, just because of it.

I came here almost every day for a few weeks. The dishes and drinks are always excellent. My favorites are the pineapple Rum Punch and the Banging Shrimp. The waitresses are very friendly and take the time to sit and talk to you. Would definitely recommend if you like beautiful girls and good food.

Ordered BEER-BATTERED FISH CHIPS, some as the chips forget (French Fries). Waitresses never came by to check us out after dinner. I had to fly someone up to let them know I never have the chips. Then it was like she disappeared, even the staff wondered where she had to. Super poor service, fish was fried to a dark evil crunch. So I'd say the food wasn't worth the price. Sad, I look forward to a great meal and culinary experience all week. Never back!

Especially our waitress Stephanie was amazing, very friendly and ensured that our food was cooked as we wanted. The nachos were not bad, but needed more season. Stephanie and her manager immediately took care of it and turned it off with the Calamari who was amazing. Our meals were excellent, cheese steak was amazing and man had the gaelic chicken was perfectly cooked, just a lot of salt, but this is picky. Apart from that, this was a great experience and the service/food was amazing!!

So I was very excited to order from the tilted kilt until my order was received and I was so disappointed and let down the French onion soup that I had ordered I DID NOT GET ! evidently they did not have it in stock but per their website said they did . So potatoes soup was substituted which I do not like then next was the pretzel with cheese sauce the pretzels rock hard and a cheese sauce is ice cold Big let down there. I never really thought there was a way to mess up a pretzel order but they sure did you send a picture not my cheese is not even sliding down the cup because it's so ice cold then to top it off I ordered the Buffalo macaroni and cheese which was $15 in change you think I would get enough macaroni at least to cover the bottom of the plate it it looks like somebody ate half of it and left it not to mention the chicken's ice cold horrible horrible horrible I was dying for some good food was starving and boy did they not come through I paid 45 dollars for something I couldn't even give to my dog . This restraint should be so ashamed of themselves especially with the economy being the way it is I took a gamble on them but lost BIG TIME oI HAVE NEVER HAD A Restaurant DO ME SO WRONG ON ALL THREE ITEMS ORDERD STARTING FROM APPETIZERS AND ON.serving me half orders when they should have cold food and wrong things DELIVERED I CANT BELIEVE it smh NOW GOING TO BED HUNGRY ANGRY AS HELL! WON'T E RETURNING AND WONT BE ENCOURAGING PPL TO GO THERE TO EAT AT YOUR PLACE ,!!!
