Wayback Burgers - Killeen

That was one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever eaten. Customer service and food was outstanding The building was clean and the tables were wiped off. You can tell they care about the business and not just a paycheck thank you, John and Brenda.

I ordered a family meal from this location and spent about $60. The burgers,fries and onion rings were very good! The 6 piece chicken tenders were short 2 tenders, what we did get was way over cooked to the point of looking burnt. I also ordered an oreo milkshake. But when I arrived to pick up my order, they only had what I consider to be bad substitutes ie. chocolate banana milkshake and strawberry banana smoothie . I asked for my money to be returned for said missing/inedible items. They literally told me they couldn 't give me my money back; stating go back to Wayback burgers website and contact the company they use for online orders fair enough. Only problem is that company(DoorDash store front) never got back to me and Wayback burgers still got my money! And I got no remedy to my situation. Due to bad customer service I can 't recommend this location.Tldr; burgers, fries, and onion rings were great but kinda pricey. The issue stole about $9 due to missing/inedible items with no customer service care.
