Contribuisci feedbackI have the combination plate with garnelen lo mine. it comes with an egg roll, sweet and sour champ and roasted rice. the egg roll was really good, and so was the sweet and acidic huh. the lo my nudel was over boiled. it wasn't fresh for me. in any case will be revisited. Just try something else.
The shrimp fried rice was good. But it came with no egg roll like most places and they only give you two packages of sauce of two different types. I ask for more then said it's a shortage.
I wish I could give a zero star review. As soon as I opened my food to dive in and eat it there was hair all in the rice. I called to notify the restaurant only for the young lady to hang up in my face. When i called back to speak to the manager Mike i was told well if i could bring it back today then i could get it remade. Why would i want food remade that has hair in it. I told him i can't bring it back to today cause i stay almost in Kempner and he said well they can't do anything with it tomorrow. What exactly needs to be done but it being thrown away. I never was offered a refund or apology. I will never order here again and I suggest if you want your food without hair in it to not order here either.
This is the worst Chinese place to eat at. They don't deserve any stars but 1 star is required so I had no choice. The rice has no taste to it. The rice was cold and the shrimp was not fully cooked. I understand why there are no refunds. When you know you provide poor customer service, of course you know customers will want their money back. This place does not care about the customers at all. It's all about them ripping customers off !!!!! Poor customer service. Waste of money for sure!!!! Horrible food. I would not recommend eating here.
After patiently waiting over and hour for our food(which we were told ahead of time) I atleast expected the food to not be cold like it’s actually been sitting over an hour. Food was cold and items were soggy. We won’t be returning customers unfortunately
