Avoca Fern House Cafe - Kilmacanoge

I ordered catering from Avoca Malahide yesterday for a party in our house and the food was absolutely top class! It was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The hot food was easy to heat in my oven and the deserts(roulades) were delicious and looked spectacular. The staff were extremely helpful both when ordering the food and collecting it. I would highly recommend the ‘Avoca at home’ service. The only suggestion I would have Avoca is to put the hot food in to rectangular containers rather than square. I could only get one tray on each rack in my standard size ovens. If they were rectangular I would be able to get 2 in per rack. Thanks again for the great food.

I just want to say they do some of the nicest sandwiches I've ever eaten. I'm really sad because I'll never have a reason to go to Monkstown again but I'll never forget them.

Bought a Cote de Boeuf at the former Plantagen garden centre, near Dunboyne on the way to Dublin, and it was one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had, simoly delicious! The butcher patiently explained how best to cook it too! Only problem is that I live in Spain! But I'll be back for more whenever I'm passing!!

Customer service really helped me today plus staff at Dunboyne are exceptionally nice. Really positive experience!

Beautiful blankets, excellent cook books and delicious food! Always a treat to come home with an Avoca bag!
