Contribuisci feedbackI had a negative experience at this restaurant at night. I ordered a supreme pizza with no pork, chicken, or beef, but they still gave me a pepperoni pizza. I believe there may have been a language barrier issue. Pizza Hut needs to prioritize taking customers' allergies seriously.
The person who took my phone order had difficulty with the language. His response to any question I asked was just "okay." I was told it would take 45 minutes for delivery. I was watching the time closely, and it arrived earlier than expected. However, I was preoccupied and couldn't open the door immediately. The woman delivering the food had a grumpy attitude, complaining that it was cruel to keep someone waiting outside. Given her age, she should know that winters in Kindersley are cold and dress accordingly. Despite this, the pizza was delicious.
Dissatisfied to the highest degree absolute horrible server. Took me 40 min to say screw it and call them just for them to tell me it’s been ready but no delivery driver. They have my number and email but can’t be bothered to let me know the situation. I showed up to a cold pizza and a rude worker who made the pizza saying it wasn’t his fault for not getting ahold of the customer. I will not be buying from this location again!
The pizza the was nice (meatlovers) hot and fresh! I wished I could have ordered a gluten free pizza, the person who was taking my order had a hard enough understanding my address and what pizza I wanted!
They would not change the pick up time for my online order after we called immediately after we placed it. The call was dropped several times by call centre or phone just rang and and rang. I seen no where on site to set a delivery time I assumed it would ask after I entered payment. Very disappointed.
