Loved the menu, waitress was fun and not overbearing, great sense of humour. Pretty too! Service prompt and professional, meal was delicious. Attached to an Esso, but not a typical gas station cafe. Recommended.
Try something local/independent versus your well known chain restaurants that are now commonplace. We have been eating at the Coliseum for decades. We affectionately giggle that it’s attached to a car dealership that’s Kindersley! ...It’s where “grandma would take us for a fancier dinner in...Kindersley.” Reliable food (lasagna, tasty original pizza, fish and chips, pasta, burgers, Mediterranean fare, and more , and kids’ menu. (99% sure they also offer take out. Booths or tables to sit at. Reasonable prices and we have had nothing but reliable service in our many years of eating there on trips to Kindersley.
If you are looking for fresh homemade food this is the place to go. Pizzas are amazing and full of toppings. Garlic shrimp with their Greek salad is top notch
Haven't been here for 8 months. Fish chips were good, actually the chips were great. Steak and mashed potatoes were both good. This time the garlic toast was hot but the corn was cold and tasteless. Very good service, and food arrived quickly. Nice...meal overall but it's spoiled for me when I discovered that the gravy is a buck extra with the $16 fish chips, and also with a $27 steak. Even the lemon wedges in our water were a $1.50 up sell. Easy to see why they don't bring the bill to the table but just ring it in at the till so it;s hard to see. I don't see how trading off repeat business for an extra $3.50 can be more profitable.
