The chicken is very good I recommend the chicken tenders. 10/10 customer service.

Great customer service everytime I go the workers are always so friendly!!! They’ve never messed up my orders and everything taste so fresh! The inside is also always clean as well as the bathrooms

Restaurant does not answer, called them multiple times due to an error in their system. Tried speaking to an agent on the website and they recommended I call the Restaurant because they could not do anything as this is only a refund department. after I told the agent the restaurant does not answer multiple times. I called the restaurant again, no answer.Update: got to the restaurant and they refuse to help us. They gave us a number to call for *their* systems. We call and the agent says they can 't help us either as that line is for employees only. The only thing they can offer is to cancel the order and remake it with the correct sides. We tell them we tried that already and the store did not allow us to. Agent says that 's all they can do.Problem did not get fixed, KFC of King City is absolute TRASH!
