Would if give 4 stars across the board 1 employees attitude (Rosa) made the experience less than Steller! Elder inquiring over an apple pie left out his order, understood busy, lunch time, I asked nicely said please this elder wants to know if he can have his pie, unfortunately I asked her as the rest of employees are amazing! She got so mad an yelled Goodbye at me like she was in some kind of horrifying tik tok video, I asked for a manager, let them know it was an inquiry not a demand an employee needs to treat elders with respect as this guy was a war veteran considering his ranks on his uniform! Respect that Rosa! Awful to behave in such a manner over an apple pie!

As a person that lives in town and gets McDonalds every week I’d say this is the worst location! 2 times already that they park me at the drive thru on the side for over 20 minutes and having to go inside because they forgot they parked you. And right now I got all my breakfast cold and now there’s no breakfast so I can’t return it smh. Step it up managers.
