Contribuisci feedbackTiming between courses was shocking, waited over 60 minutes from starters to main only for one of the steaks to be wrongly cooked we asked for a medium fillet and came out blue, sent the steak back to be cooked to liking only for it to come back out 20 minutes later the same way it went in! Meat quality for a fillet was very poor! Then another 40 minutes for dessert. No water for the table and hard to get attention when wanted to order another drink. I understand with it being a busy night but for it being a set menu there’s no reason to be waiting so long! Staff member took gave us a free glass of wine for the inconvenience but for 300$ for a valentines meal to be eating separately is appalling. Will not be back nor recommend
The number of waiter was not enough against the number of guest. Waiter looked very busy and made guest wait. I had to wait for my glass wine more than 10 minutes. We ordered grilled octopus. It was overcooked and tastes burnt. Menu for children is good deal.
Food was very good quality although very small serves. Waiters were excellent. There was no aircon they told us that it was broken for more than a week. For such a quality restaurant that is unacceptable, telling us during dining, especially in such hot weather. Also calling us just before we came in that the booking is only for two hours that is a turn off. Food was really good but when you are in that business these are basic things that take away from good customer experience.
Manager is welcoming and friendly. Waiting staff are attentive and pleasant to deal with. Food is great. Views are spectacular.
Overall a really good experience, the waitstaff were incredible and so lovely. Food was amazing, the best steaks we have ever had! Only downside was we requested to be inside but got seated outdoors so it was quite chilly. Thank you all for an amazing service though !
