Contribuisci feedbackBrandon was my bartender. Very attentive, profesional and courteous young man. Perfect pours on the beer tap making it very refreshing. I ordered the smokehouse combo and the food was amazing!!!! The chicken tenders were thick cuts cooked to perfection. The dry rub ribs were literally fall off the bone texture. The food definitely was on point and taste a lot better than other Chili’s I’ve been to.
We received our seats rather fast. Our server was friendly. Our meal was great. Food still arrived quickly despite being a touch packed for the evening. Children genuinely loved their meals. Here, everything was in order. Everything was hot and fresh, and there was a plenty of food. The two-person dinner bargain for $25 is unbeatable.
Service was mid but they are probably understaffed. The food was great and rootbeers were ice cold.
Went here for my birthday. Our server was very good. Food was ok , not great. Front end needs a lot of work.. Upon entering at 4 in the afternoon we were basically yelled at and told we would have to wait until tables were cleaned to be seated.. This was amazing since the place was 2/3 empty. Place was overall clean, but dirty tables sat untouched.. Hostess, bartender and whatever supervisor around apparently don’t wanna be there. A Shame .
Hostess was bad. Forgot about is and others waiting. We asked for a booth; she sat us at a table close to front door then proceeded to sit two different groups after is each in booths. Bartender was rude and tried to scare us away by yelling it would be 30 minutes till she took our drink order. After ordering the server was very nice) the meals came the requested medium rare steak cam out burnt and rock hard. Broccoli came out with no butter or seasoning looking like it had just been pulled from the freezer. The wait time plus cooking time had us in restaurant for 2 hours. We will not return.
