Co-cool Smoothies And Bubble Tea

Great place!! I've been coming to this place for at least five years I've always had an amazing experience. It's a family owned business and it's clear they work hard for what they've earned I'm looking forward to more years of fantastic boba!

Love stopping at co-cool when I am up the mall shopping! They are situated at a kiosk in the middle of the mall but super conveniently located by one of the malls busier entrances. Staff is always SO pleasant, and they are always quick to prepare drinks. My two go tos are their watermelon or thai tea bubble tea.

Their bubble tea is always fantastic: good tea flavor and soft bubbles. The man is also very nice and he is for sure put a lot of effort into his work. It is so sweet that he makes sure that you are satisfied with your drink before leaving. I have gone here many times and never had a bad experience.

First time i came a few years ago, the cashier misheard my order. i asked for a mango bubble tea with NO milk. when i told her it was the wrong drink, she rudely told me i had to pay again for the correct drink.i came back today to give them another chance at recommendation of a friend. i asked for a mango bubble tea, NO MILK. he gave me one with milk. when i confronted him about this, he said it’s “non-dairy milk”, which last i checked was still milk. i would be more understanding of this misunderstanding or language barrier if this wasn’t a matter of a dietary restriction, and if it didn’t happen multiple times. service was also very slow during the early hours in the middle of the week. the correct drink, that i eventually recieved, was too sour.
