I was here on 03/28 I was there about 10 mins before closing and they told me they couldn’t serve me because they were closed.If you say your open until 8 you should work until 8 if not then change the times on the hours.Thanks

This cold stone has some of the best employees. this very friendly asian girl took my order despite having a hoarse voice. My voice was also hoarse from yelling at people earlier that day and the employee knew exactly which ice cream would sooth my hoarseness. Thanks cold stone!

There is an asian girl who is not professional, having attitude against costumers, so mad and aggressive, add on that doesnt listen to costumers and when someone corrects their orders she gets so mad and stares at the costumer like she wanna throw a fight, today she didnt put a cone for my order and I requested that she yelled at the cashier saying charge her the cone, and when I said you should love ur job and stop being mad she was like take ur order and go and I dont even have a voice !! No wonder you dont as might yell at every costumer , Ididnt reply back to her bec she is too low to waste my breath on ! Ppl were staring at the show she created , if you dont love ur job just quit, but for sure who would hire you for what little you are . Store manager you Hire better ppl .

This spot may lack vibes, but let me tell you, the ice cream here is absolutely bomb!
