Mcdonald's - King of Prussia

This is the. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We waited 15 minutes for our food.the manager is very rude should definitely not work in customer service.Avoid this Place!!!

My daughter and i went for a midnight treat as we ran out of food in the house a couple days ago and raisin bran was getting old LOL.i pulled up to the drive through for mcpickup and was delighted by the clerk. nice and mysterious … anywho i get to the window and the person was SO nice. my daughter got emotional when handed mcorder. chicken was practically falling off the bone and was so tender. sounded like mixing mac and cheese when she was eating it so moist. LIKE SO tender. thats not the best part. clerk was so nice, read back my entire order three times to make sure it was correct. 2nd time it wasnt so they repeated it. i finally got the burger that is so good i curl my toes into my feet. burger patty meat so moist, tender, succulent, creamy, tight, and decadent i savored every bite. this mcdiddys needs better reviews bc they work so hard. thanking u for making my daughter so happy after not eating …. yikes. happy earth day!Vegetarian options: i am vegan so i dont know many vegatwrstion optionsKid-friendliness: so nice to my daughter made her cryWheelchair accessibility: they offer every disability for everyone

Seriously how tf can you allow the line to be this long at 2am? This is the slowest mc I have ever seen. Like my grandma can make food faster with eyes closed.

I have more video ,it started out me parking in the lot I try to open the door it's locked I was told to go to drive thru ,I'm only picking up a door dash order the food was ready it was 50 cars in line and they started cussing at me and eventually shut the window on me ,the manager with the red shirt came to the window with his middle finger up and said f you b you won't have a job tomorrow,the girls seen here were laughing about the matter and one even told a customer let me give her this food before I f her up next she took off her sweater like she wanted to come outside and fight

Horrible. The pandemic is over. Open the doors. That drive through is always backed up and takes 40 Mims to get through.
