Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant was understaffed during our visit. We waited three hours for both service and our food. We didn't receive our water until the end of our meal, and the food was not hot when it was finally served. There were dirty dishes left on our table, and the waitress took far too long to attend to us. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
I tried the new crab dish, and it was just okay; I'd recommend sticking with the regular options instead. However, the crabby fries were fantastic! It was quite busy since it was Father's Day, and there weren't many waitstaff available. Overall, it was a good experience.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We waited an excruciating hour and 45 minutes for our food, only to end up taking it to go because we had over an hour's drive home. To make matters worse, there were food crumbs on our seats. The quality of the food was terrible – and I mean truly terrible; even the Caesar salad was disappointing, and the shrimp linguini alfredo was no better. I will never return. If I could give it no stars, I absolutely would.
The service my party and received from the server, Luca, was awesome. He was on point, which was appreciated. The food was good;however, some of the food was not hot. It was also rather cool inside the restaurant, which made the food colder. That's what reduced the food rating for me. I think the food should have been as hot as those biscuits. Overall, the experience was good.
Asked to be seated and was refused because 1 guest late. Had to wait 15 more min after guest arrived. Table never wiped crumbs on table. Ice tea served from old unclean vat. Hair in salad. Haven’t gotten my meal yet but I’m scared!
