Shake Shack Kop (outside Of Mall)

I absolutely loved the layout and the variety of options offered. The service was fantastic, and the music was enjoyable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting town!

One of my favorite restaurants, although its location in the mall is not ideal, somehow never has a long wait. The burgers are delicious and incredibly satisfying, and the fries and milkshakes are just as amazing. Plus, serving beer is always a nice touch!

Great place with fantastic food! I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to this Shake Shack location. The restaurant was quite busy, but the food was served quickly. The quality of the food is impressive, even better than many burger joints that charge more. The fries could use a slight improvement, but overall, they have the best-tasting burgers!

Shake Shack doesn't keep her values true. I thought you were a good social citizen, but I will never visit another Shake Shack until you stop using Martin's potato rolls for your burgers. Your sellers are also important.

I?m not sure what to rate. Shake Shack was on Fast Foodies and my daughter and I were planning to go tomorrow to try it. But, after reading many negative recent reviews we are choosing not to try. It?s a shame for the concept is great and the food at one time was really good. It sounds like a serious management problem and needs to be resolved. Until I see recent very positive reviews we will not try in any way. There was a review stating a fight broke out in your establishment. I will never take my daughter in an environment with such a history. What a shame. You have a good concept but extremely poor management.
