The Cheesecake Factory

Used to come here monthly at minimum, had a baby and tried to come here but was told I would be unable to do any baby changes bc the men’s bathroom had no changing table. Nearest one was a ten minute walk! Unfortunately it seems that I won’t be returning for a few years or until they become more accessible to families.

I hate Cheesecake Factory. The food is lame but that's besides the point. I literally only go when my family wants it or I need cheesecake for an occasion. Takeout for cheesecake is the worst. Easily always a 20+ minute wait at any location just to get pre-sliced cake. Ridiculous.

Happy hour Burger and mac n cheese bites were great. Sara was a fantastic server!

Great food, service and amazing desert. Whenever I’m in the King of Prussia area I try to visit. Cheesecake is amazing.

After being told we would have a 15 minute wait and watching as people that came in after us got seated, we asked when we were going to be ready. The hostess said we texted you, but we never got a text, then we waited another 5 minutes to be seated in a booth when we specifically asked for a table. They then proceeded to seat more people as waited again, so we left. The staff at the hostess stand seemed inexperienced and not a single person apologized for what happened.
